Recruitment process

  1. Analysis of applications – each application that we receive is opened and analysed by the recruiter responsible for a specific position.
  2. Telephone interview – we will ask you a few preliminary questions and invite you to a meeting.
  3. Interview – we will ask you about your work experience and your values. You will meet of our HR representative and your future direct superior. We want to get to know you!
  4. Decision – we will contact you by phone and give you an offer. If it is interesting for you – welcome to Ikano.

We want you to stay with us for a long time, so we take care of your comfort from the first day.

Our onboarding process

  1. You will start your first day by signing a contract, and then we will invite you for an introductory training where you will learn about Ikano’s history and strategy, our values, remuneration and bonus principles.
  2. Safety is a very important issue for us, so the next stage is safety training.
  3. Your immediate supervisor is responsible for your onboarding. He/she may also appoint someone from your new department to accompany you at all stages.

The training process of production workers in Ikano Industry is carried out based on the TWI method, which means that during the first few days you will be accompanied by an instructor who will teach you step by step how to to perform the tasks. Then, until the end of the induction period, he/she will be at your disposal whenever you need his/her support.
  2. The induction process can take up to 3 months, so you will definitely have time to get to know us and like your new job.
  3. At any time you can contact a HR representative, whom you already know from the recruitment process.
  4. Whenever you have any questions or need support, ask your supervisor, they are there to take care of you.
