This activity does not pose the slightest threat to the health of the people and the environment.

We process your personal information so that we can enter into and properly perform the contract between you and us (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
The information is also used for our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) ROO) in the possible establishment, assertion or defence against claims.
After weighing your interests, rights and freedoms and our interest, we have assessed that the processing of your data for our legitimate interest, will not unduly interfere with your privacy or be an undue burden on you.
We store your data related to the conclusion and performance for a period of 5 years counted from the end of the contract.
