A fair and caring company

Two production facilities located in Poland, over 1000 competent co-workers, almost 3 million mattresses. Brand new factory in Mexico. We are Ikano Industry. Together we create opportunities for a better life.

Ikano Industry, formerly Dendro Poland, started in 1992 and since 2009 has been manufacturing the mattresses step by step – from the production of polyurethane foam through cutting out mattresses, sewing covers, and sending the finished product to customers. In collaboration with Ikea and RetourMatras we aim for perfect circularity. Our goal is to give our products an endless life by recycle components from post consumers mattresses.
We produce nearly 3 million mattresses a year

In Poland we hire almost 1000 specialists
Ikano Industry operates on two continents – Europe and North America. That gives many opportunities to our employees. Working in an international environment lets us grow together and carry out ambitious projects
We record a low turnover rate: 4% – most people work with us for a long time
We never stop to grow, employment is increasing by an average of 12% per year, in the last 10 years
People stay at Ikano for a long time, almost 40% of them work here for more than 5 years
27 people have worked with us for more than 15 years

Our leadership
